In Europe, bitFlyer is a regulated entity with a payment institution license from the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance and is the first Luxembourg based company to receive the Virtual Asset Service Provider registration with the CSSF.

Multiple physical and logical security measures are in place to ensure that our customers’ assets are kept safe and we operate in compliance with these segregation rules.
