- Anonymous has uploaded a new video that targets Terra Form labs founder Do Kwon
- Anonymous group has pledged to expose Do Kwon’s crimes and bring him to justice as soon as possible.
Popular hacktivist group Anonymous is back again and has uploaded a new video that pledges to expose Do Kwon’s “crimes.” The video uploaded on YouTube on Sunday reveals how Anonymous has vowed to make sure that Do Kwon’s crimes are brought to justice as soon as possible.
Anonymous Is Targetting Terra Co-Founder Do Kwon
In a four-minute video uploaded on YouTube, Anonymous outlined the list of crimes that the Terra co-founder is accused of, including cashing out $80 million each month before the collapse of the cryptocurrency Luna. The group also mentioned Basis Cash, another stablecoin that had collapsed earlier in 2021, created by Do Kwon under the pseudonym “Rick Sanchez.”
As per the video, Anonymous asserts that Do Kwon had “bad intentions from the start,” and had stated that his crimes should be brought to light as soon as possible.
“Anonymous is looking into Do Kwon’s entire history since he entered the crypto space to see what we can learn and bring to light.” the hacktivist group added
The group further stated how Do Kwon was never held accountable for the Basis Cash stablecoin collapse because he had created that crypto under the pseudonym of Rick Sanchez, a name inspired by the famous cartoon characters Rick and Morty.
Anonymous also added how he believes that there are “many more crimes that are yet to be discovered in Do Kwon’s trail of destruction” post-Terra Luna crypto crash.
“Do Kwon, if you’re listening, sadly, there is nothing that can be done to reverse the damage that you have done. At this point, the only thing that we can do is hold you accountable and make sure that you are brought to justice as soon as possible.” The video later added.
The video, soon after it was released on YouTube, went viral on multiple social media circuits, including Twitter, and managed to draw mixed reactions from the social communities.
Several Twitter users praised Anonymous for holding Do Kwon accountable for his alleged crimes.
Described as a decentralized international activist and hacktivist collective and movement, Anonymous is known to have performed several cyberattacks against corrupt governments and institutions across the world. The group had recently announced a cyber war against Russia in light of its decision to invade Ukraine.
