The Bored Ape Yacht Club revealed upcoming mint details for the Jimmy The Monkey Trial, in a tweet this evening, announcing that the Dookey Dash will kick off on January 18th,2023.

The event will be open to anyone who has a “Sewer Pass”, which is an NFT, and the ticket to play Dookey Dash. BAYC and MAYC holders can claim a free Sewer Pass from January 17th, 2023 until February 8th, 2023. Each Sewer Pass falls into one of four tiers, which determine the bonus percentage of your score. By combining a BAYC or MAYC with a BAKC, you will earn a higher-tiered Sewer Pass. Sewer Pass can only be claimed by BAYC and MAYC holders, non-holders must buy it from a holder.

Dookey Dash is a skill-based mint experience that is playable like an endless runner game, where the objective is to go as far as possible as the game progresses in difficulty. Your mission is to get in the sewer and dodge and break through obstacles as you pick up items called fragments.

After playing Dookey Dash, you must hold the pass until February 15th, 2023 in order to validate it. If your score is above 0, your Sewer Pass will be eligible to transform into something else, but the details of what it will transform into is yet to be revealed. Yuga also mentioned that they will evolve throughout 2023, so keep an eye out.

After playing Dookey Dash, you’ll need to hold onto your Sewer Pass until February 15, 2023. If you’ve played and have a score of greater than 0, your Sewer Pass will be eligible to transform into something new, but the details of what it will transform into is yet to be revealed.

Sewer Pass holders have unlimited runs while the experience is live, and the game score will be linked to the wallet that participated in Dookey Dash. If a Sewer Pass is moved to a wallet that did not participate in Dookey Dash with that exact Sewer Pass, then that new Sewer Pass and wallet combination will reflect a score of 0.

What are the requirements to access Dookey Dash?

To make sure your Sewer Pass is eligible for transformation, you must have a Sewer Pass, play Dookey Dash and get a score greater than 0 at least once and hold it in the same wallet you used to play until February 8, 2023. BAYC and MAYC holders can claim Sewer Passes for free, but will be responsible for covering their own gas fees. Anyone with a Sewer Pass can play Dookey Dash.

If you have multiple BAYC, MAYC, and/or BAKC tokens, you have some options on how you can claim your Sewer Pass. You can combine your BAYC or MAYC with a BAKC for a higher-tiered Sewer Pass, or you can claim multiple Sewer Passes with different combinations of your tokens.
