CryptoSlate wMarket Update: Bitcoin trades above $30,000 as Ethereum eyes $2k

The cryptocurrency market cap saw net inflows of $50 billion and currently stands at $1.24 trillion — up 4.43% from $1.19 trillion.

During the last 24 hours, Bitcoin and Ethereum’s market cap grew 6.24% and 3.13% to $582.73 billion and $231.29 billion, respectively.

Over the reporting period, the top 10 crypto assets recorded a positive performance, with Bitcoin, Solana, Cardano, BNB, and Litecoin posting gains above 5% each.

Other digital assets recorded gains of less than 5% respectively.

The market cap of Tether (USDT) increased to $80.41 billion. Meanwhile, Binance USD (BUSD) and USC Coin (USDC) market caps fell to $6.95 billion and $32.37 billion, respectively.

Bitcoin

In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin grew 6.63% to trade at $30,114 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance increased to 47% from 46.2%.

During the period, BTC traded above $30,000 for the first time since June 2022.

Ethereum

Over the last 24 hours, Ethereum jumped 3.36% to trade at $1,919 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance fell to 18.7% from 18.9%.

ETH mirrored BTC’s price performance, leading to speculations that it could soon reach $2,000. With the Shappella upgrade set for April 12, interest in the asset has continued to spike.

FLEX

FLEX is the day’s biggest gainer growing 25.2% over the last 24 hours to $1.97582 as of press time. The token’s value has increased as the trading volume on the crypto exchange OPNX improved. Its market cap stood at $194.94 million.

RSK Infrastructure Framework

RIF gained 18.83% to trade at $0.14491 at the time of writing. The filesharing token has been up 32% over the past month. Its market cap stood at $139.12 million.

Render Token

RNDR grew 16.49% to $1.54153 during the reporting period. The project is enjoying a positive upside, up 33% in the last 30 days. Its market cap stood at $557.18 million.

Conflux Network

CFX rose 15.01% to $0.42863 over the last 24 hours. Binance said it would support the Conflux Network (CFX) mainnet integration. Its market cap stood at $1.19 billion.
