Bitcoin (BTC) up 0.22%, Ethereum Up 0.17%, Polygon (MATIC) Trends

The crypto market was trading in the green with gains on Monday evening. While both Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) were trading with gains, some altcoins, such as Solana (SOL) was trading in the red with loss. Polygon (MATIC) was the most trending crypto today.

The broader crypto market gained 0.22 per cent at $811.70B. Its 24-hour trading volume was at $23.18 billion, a gain of 0.42 per cent, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 5:30 pm.

Terra Classic (LUNC) was the top gainer, gaining 8.78 per cent, while Neutrino USD (USDN) was the top loser for the day.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: BTC gained 0.22 per cent to $16,870.93. Earlier, it saw an upward momentum throughout the day, reaching $16,908.86. Its price moved between $16,600 and $16,900. Its 24-hour trading volume rose 35.03 per cent to $12,722,710,145 till Monday evening.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s price increased 0.17 per cent to settle at $1,220.94. The price of ETH ranged around $1,200. Its trading volume was $4,220,124,344, an increase of 69.65 per cent in the last 24 hours.

Other Altcoins:

Solana’s (SOL) price dropped by 0.39 per cent to $11.35.

Ripple (XRP) gained 1 per cent to $0.3511. Its 24-hour trading value increased by 91.44 per cent to $456,315,523.

Cardano (ADA’s) price increased by 0.99 per cent to $0.261 and its 24-hour trading volume was $149,567,065.

Meme Coins:

Dogecoin (DOGE) increased by 0.89 per cent to $0.8028 and its trading volume was $139,454,288 in the last 24 hours.

Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) price rose 0.15 per cent to $0.000008307.

Decentralised Finance (DeFi)

Yearn.Finance (YFI) was up by 0.48 per cent to $5,517.72. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 50.95 per cent to $13.159,519.

Avalanche (AVAX) was up by 1.22 per cent to $11.75 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 77.87 per cent to $109,823,395.

Aave (AAVE) was up by 1.55 per cent to $55.79 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 11.57 per cent to $34,326,048.
