WEOSH Presents ‘Web3 Wellness’ at Carillon Resort in Miami at Art Basel

On December 2nd, Web3 Wellness took over the Carillon Wellness Resort in Miami as a part of Art Basel.

The event was presented by WEOSH, founded by Geummy Lee, in partnership with She Blooms, Peace Inside Live, Web3 Wonders, Self Love Club, Six Social, Prjct., NFT Blue, Beyond, INFT Spaces and Art Botanica. 

Focused on bringing together the community to further health and wellness in the Web3 space, the event featured three panels of leading experts- including Swopes, Geummy Lee, Tal Navarro, Shira Lazar, Dr. Scott Fischer, and more. It also included a day of activities focused on relaxing and recharging! 

“As we move into a more virtual-based reality, and spend more time immersed in tech, there is a need to bring the balance and healing elements of wellness modalities along with us,” said WEOSH Founder, Geummy Lee.

Web3 Wellness offered attendees education on the intersection of art, tech, and wellness, along with immersive wellness experiences like breathe work, sound healing, and movement. Guests had the opportunity to experience plant music, where frequencies from vegetation, flowers and mushrooms are captured and then composed to create a whole new interactive experience with nature.

In addition, botanical artist Kelley Anderson unveiled her moss installation Chrysalis named after the protective shell that a caterpillar creates as it metamorphosizes into a butterfly.  In addition, Violinist and DJ Yerahm Paul Lee entertained guests with binaural beats.

The event also featured nourishing bites and tonics, a juice bar, free acupuncture ear seeds, energizing b-vitamin shots, IV drips, recovery shots, wellness goodie bags, and more!
