Buuuuut – it’s exciting all the same!
Communications between some big-wigs at Microsoft show that there are/were plans to add a crypto wallet into the next Xbox.
Which seems like a no-brainer, right?
Adopt a technology that lets players collect provably rare in-game items for free, and give a percentage cut to you (the console maker) if and when they sell them.
(That means unexpected profits for players and recurring revenue for console makers).
But we’ve harped on about those economic incentives a million times before…
So what’s new and exciting here?
