Spindox announces partnership with blockchain solutions provider WizKey

(Alliance News) – Spindox Spa announced Monday that it has signed a collaboration agreement with WizKey, a provider of blockchain solutions for the financial market and owner of the market-as-a-service platform for intangible and physical assets Define.

The partnership, the company explained in a note, is aimed at integrating their respective expertise to offer the market innovative systems for managing financial transactions and specifically, but not exclusively, credit assignment, securitization and factoring transactions.

The agreement involves the development and marketing of solutions based on the Define platform and aimed at banks and other financial institutions.

“The infrastructural hosting of the technology will be managed by WizKey, while Spindox will be responsible for its maintenance, providing the customer with system support and first-level troubleshooting service. Spindox will also be responsible for marketing and distribution of the platform,” the company explained.

“Define leverages blockchain technology to automate workflow related to the management of financial and physical assets, enabling significant revenue improvements and a radical reduction in operational costs.”

Spindox on Friday closed in the green by 0.4 percent at EUR9.86 per share,
