Continuum World Adds NFT Marketplace

As Continuum World builds towards their First Explorers event in early 2023, they release a new, in-app marketplace, stocking it with special Christmas decorations for land, and ugly sweaters for avatars. Collect all the sweaters for a special reward!

Most games tend to build their own marketplaces these days, and Continuum World is no exception. And even though their first gameplay, First Explorers, isn’t expected to release until January of 2023, players can still browse the market for Continuum World NFTs, including new holiday themed items.

This is a full marketplace they have built. It’s not just for the new items. Players can buy and trade all Continuum World NFTs, including land plots, clothing, Birdum eggs, and decorations. The buying options are somewhat limited at the moment. But the marketplace will continue to fill and grow as new items are added to the game.

Christmas Themed Sales and Airdrops

To celebrate the holiday times and the release of their new NFT marketplace, Continuum World plans to drop new Christmas-themed items into the store daily from December 24th to January 6th.

Each day will have a new free item and a new premium item. The free items are Ugly Sweater Costumes. Collect them all and receive a legendary Santa costume! If you miss a day, you may be able to buy the missing sweater from another player on the new marketplace.

The premium items are Christmas themed items, and can be either costumes or land decorations. Prices will vary on the premium items.

In addition, all land owners will receive an airdrop of a Christmas-themed land decoration. The rarity of the airdrop depends on the number of lands owned. Owning 1-2 lands results in a rare item, 3-4 lands receives an epic, and owners of 5 or more lands get a legendary decoration. We haven’t been given a date for this airdrop, but it may not happen until the end of this Christmas event.

What is Continuum World?

Continuum World is a fantasy world of sky islands with a natural and futuristic environment where players collect resources and improve their avatars or UMi. The better your UMi avatar searches, the more resources you obtain. Whether exploring the world or farming their own land, gathering resources is the aim of the game. Used for crafting and upgrades, players also trade and sell resources on the market. Additionally, players who own land earn income from other players exploring on their property.

Continuum World recently released their NFT marketplace and plans to launch First Explorers, a small taste of the larger game, in January of 2023.
